The RAMADA INN Hotel’s Grand Ballroom will play host to Ground & Pounds 12th Installment as AVJ Events brings a hotly anticipated card featuring the next generation of pro MMA fighters.
The main event will be a 145 lb. bout featuring hometown fighter, Matt “Mean Bean” Montalvo who looks to enter the world of professional MMA by taking on the equally dangerous Andrew Huffman of Findlay. This fight promises to deliver fireworks as both fighters have plenty of amateur experience and are looking to make good first impressions.

The crowd was electric and the fight card did not disappoint as G&P 11 provided some intense MMA action that also saw the Premiere MMA Series crown it’s first ever state champions.
In the main-event, Ray Hernandez (6-1) evened up the series with David Parker (4-2) as he pounded out a one-sided unanimous decision.

Boxing is definitely back in Toledo as Rumble In The Ring brought “the sweet science” back to the Glass City after an almost three year hiatus.
In the Main Event, Masedonio Molina (5-0) of Wauseon, had a tough fight on his hands as he faced late replacement John “Jaw Breaker” Colvin (3-10) of West Virginia.

NW Ohio’s Premiere MMA Series, Ground & Pound, returns to Toledo in its ninth installment and its championship edition! The Crowne Plaza will be the place to be on March 12th, as its Grand Ballroom will be filled with MMA action!
The G&P7 December show was a SELL OUT as over 1,000 in attendance witnessed 14 competitive bouts and two classic main events!

In a night that can be described only as EXPLOSIVE, G&P7 sells out with standing room only at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Toledo! With over 1,000 in attendance, fight fans were treated to 14 bouts of non-stop action and 2 classic main event bouts!
In the main event, Jason Willman (6-1) of Toledo and previously undefeated Abel Ramirez (3-1) of Defiance won the hearts of the sold out crowd as they provided 3 rounds of intense action with the fight going to the scorecards as Willman pounded out a hard fought unanimous decision.
